Types of Engagement
We define an engagement as an interaction with your audience.
Your audience can be any stakeholder in your organisation from an employee to a board member. We have two types of engagements: -
Interact with you audience to disseminate information in the form of basic communication.
Interact with you audience to impart knowledge and skills in the form of training interventions.
